Abstract :
The paper proposes a systemic model of electricity market development. In order to present the changes of structure and parameters of the electricity market individual subsystems of electrical market were identified using real data and then the behavior of individual parameters and the structure itself were studied depending on various changes in the market. MATLAB and Simulink with its toolboxes were used to conduct simulations.
