Abstract :
The author has discussed the principle of human-simulated intelligent controller (HSIC) and it´s application in industrial control. The improved HSIC compensates and consumes the system according to different conditions combined by error and error change rate. Because the parameter tuning of HSIC is completed in programmable logic controller, the control strategy of HSIC is simple than that of PID algorithm and the system response speed is more quickly. The author suggests that the parameters of HSIC should be optimized to decrease the complex degree of parameter tuning process and to reduce system overshoot dramatically.
