Abstract :
In this article, we present the Chinese patent text relevance analysis algorithm (CPTRAA) using the Chinese patent documents. Based on this algorithm, we then present the method that can make technology relational analysis for the enterprise technology competition status in a certain technology domain or in certain enterprises by building all kinds of two dimensions visual technology relational network graphs. Using the method, technology policymakers and technology researchers can grasp the whole technology competition status, the local relationship of the detailed technologies or the technology research hot spots.
