Abstract :
In this paper, using a three layers BP network to realize complete prior to hankou flood computation simulation data, the data and hankou actual historical flood water level data comparison, using statistical method transfer function obtained the optimal combination, hidden layer neurons optimal number, the optimal parameters was selected. Provides a forecast level method, forecast water level data available for all levels of leadership and professional and technical personnel reference.
