Abstract :
A novel on-chip integrated plasmonic-photonic device consisting of a lithographically fabricated plasmonic nanorod integrated on a high-Q silicon nitride travelling wave microresonator is demonstrated. Efficient coupling (>;45%) of light to individual plasmonic nanoparticles is demonstrated.
