Abstract :
An analytical model of surface acoustic wave (SAW) gas sensor with viscoelastic chemisensitive layer has been presented in the paper. The problem was formulated using Biot viscoelastic solid model with Maxwell´s relaxation time. The analytical solution was obtained by means of Fourier-Laplace transformation and Cagniard-deHoop method.
