  • Abstract
    The drying of honeycomb paperboard is an important step to guarantee the quality and the shape of honeycomb paperboard. The dryer model was established in FEM software and simplified to calculate the data required based on analysis of drying mechanism. The temperature field, speed field, pressure distribution and the flow direction of fluid were analyzed. Some key factors influenced the drying process of honeycomb paperboard were obtained. The dryer were designed and applied in practical production.
