Abstract :
Novel voltage boosters are presented which provide a clock amplitude higher than the power supply voltage and are simpler than that previously presented. The proposed circuits are interesting solutions for switched capacitor circuits which are implemented with standard CMOS process and use supply voltages as low as 1.2 V
