Abstract :
Planning and deployment of a mobile network is one of the key cost generators for operators. When an operator chooses a multi-vendor strategy, the number of platforms and systems used to transfer the need of a site into a running network element is particularly significant. In this article, a way to integrate and rearrange the IT landscape, together with corresponding business process reengineering will be discussed.
