Abstract :
With the establishment of China´s electricity market and the improving of our national economy, people´s requirement high power quality. The issue of power quality are concerned by power enterprises, industry, the users of common, getting the power quality parameter of power system in time is very important to kinds of industry, especially for industry production. Traditional power parameters monitoring system mainly based on hardware is bulky and crude, so it is unsuitable gradually for complicated, real time and multi-parameter test, this paper put forward and design the power quality parameters monitoring system based the newest technology of the field of measurement and control now-the virtual instrument technical, Limited space, limited space, this paper only introduce frequency, effective value, three-phase unbalance.
