Abstract :
One of the major factors in achieving adequate EMC between two electric or electronic systems, is the ability to screen one or both of them. The effectiveness of this screen usually depends on some dry contacts, and these often between dissimilar base metals. Often the screen is rudimentary, even only the structure of an instrument case. Additionally, the contact resistance must be low and retain its low value over long periods in the intended operating environment
