Abstract :
Long-span Bridge is a distributed, nonlinear, strong-coupling, multivariable and complex time-varying system, And the verification and analysis about their structural parameters is also a huge project. Based on the state-of-art of the bridge monitoring and state estimation, this paper utilizes the CRIO hardware platform and LabView software to develop a monitoring terminal system of data acquisition, transmission, preprocess and control, which is suitable for the health monitoring of the entire bridge. The unit of field data acquisition center (data acquisition station) directly performs the data acquisition and processes the data collected as well as their structure features in real-time. The processed data is displayed on line and warned timely under the different categories, which is transferred to the upper UI with Specified message format by TCP/IP network protocols. Meanwhile, the data and features are stored in the library in binary form in order to provide the evidence for state estimation and prediction in the future.
