After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In recent years, digital campus building and campus security has been a high degree of concern which is generally considered social development and progress of education an important part. "Campus security information system" is to adapt to the need, using modern communication technology, geographical information technology, virtual reality technology and development achieve the system. The system designing and realizing have wide range of researchable and practical value.
