Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

As example to Tibet Kangma County white lake, used Wordview satellite remote sensing data recorded on 2007, topographic map of 1:50000 scale on 1980 and ETM image which recorded on 1990 as data resources for remote sensing study, sum up the changes and law of ice lake named white lake in Tibet county by the way of interpretation with different data resources, as the data are got from different years, so that they can reflect the different information of the white lake.
