Abstract :
Most of the disabled products need to be maintained in accordance with the users´ needs. In the circumstance that users have specific requirement on user attributes, the author establishes a decision model with the goal of minimum maintenance cost using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). And this paper also takes a specific example of water pumps to show the steps of model application and the solutions obtained using computer. The example tells that the maintenance staff can get a best maintenance design meeting users´ needs.
