Abstract :
This paper presents a comparative study of some popular methods used for power system state estimation. Real time measurement values are simulated by introducing random errors to load flow result. Different loading conditions and different redundancies have been considered. Performance of the algorithms is compared with respect to maximum, mean and standard deviation of estimated state variables from actual values, and execution time.
