  • Abstract
    Semi-trailer frame performance has very important influence on stiffness and strength and fatigue resistance performance and vibration of the vehicle characteristics. A type semi-trailer frame is taken as the research object, solid model was established by Solid Works software, and its finite element model is established based on the FEA software Ansys Workbench. Modal analysis including prestressed is carried out and the first 8 order natural frequency and its vibration mode of semi-trailer frame is obtained. The analysis results in this paper provide the theory basis for frame structure improvement.
