Abstract :
In recent years, natural disasters has affected tens of thousands of human lives. In aid efforts, rescue workers from the world gather at those regions to help the affected people. However, the hostile environments make the rescue and aid tasks difficult; and, sometimes lack of means of communication makes the process even more difficult. In this paper, we propose an emergency network that can be deployed in these regions quickly to temporarily restore communication service and discuss management issues that arise from such networks.
