Abstract :
This paper considers the situation where users that experience high-mobility transmit data over doubly selective channel, and which is within the framework of pilot postfix (PP) transmission. Different from the general CP/ZP-OFDM, we propose a novel channel estimation method that uses not only the pilot but also the pilot postfix to estimate the channel for an accurate estimation of the time-varying transmission channel. Simulation results show that our proposed channel estimator need the less number of pilots and achieve good estimation performance
