Abstract :
This paper proposed a new LMS based adaptive CCI cancellation algorithm for space-time block coded orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (STC OFDM) systems. We apply LMS based adaptive channel estimation by orthogonal pilot patterns to identify channel information of interference cells. And by the identical channel information of different cells, we can easily reconstruct the signal of received signal, and then subtract co-channel interference cancellation (CCI) signal from the received signal. Simulation result shows that the proposed approach can achieve enhancement of system performance
