Abstract :
In this paper the first LWIR megapixel InAs/GaSb SL FPA based on p-CBIRD device structure is demonstrated. This high-performance CBIRD produces electrons at the detector top and it requires an n on p (or top negative polarity) read out integrated circuit (ROIC).
