Abstract :
Some different models are commonly used in public meteorological service benefit evaluation. In this paper non-parameter statistics is carried on to check the consistency of the three methods of public meteorological benefit evaluation method. The model portfolio of public meteorological service benefit evaluation is constructed to better eliminate the differences of evaluation results between different methods and reduce one-sided of single method. Fully and accurately using assessment information of different methods makes evaluation result more objective, scientific and reasonable.
