Dynamic channel allocation is an important part of RRM (radio resource management) in TD-SCDMA systems. It consists of slow DCA and fast DCA. In this paper, the fast DCA in CAC procedure is studied, several algorithms are proposed. The performance of each algorithm is simulated; meanwhile, comparisons and analysis are given
