Abstract :
This paper elicits the conclusion that Knowledge Management in Digital Library should include Knowledge-oriented management, Human-oriented management, and Ability-oriented management as the emphasis formation parts, on the basis of the study on essential theory of Knowledge Management in Digital Library. Then, designing the pattern of Knowledge Management in Digital Library from the three levels - knowledge resources management, human resources management, and organizational construction.
