Abstract :
Construction materials count for 60-70 percent of the construction costs. Steel bar as the main construction material, the use is keeping increasing; the improper use or waste of steel bar is directly related to the costs of the project. Therefore, the use and management is one of the most important works. Paper expresses the principles and methods with respect to steel bar management to address the problems that exist in practice, focusing on the control content in phase of the steel bar procurement and inventory. To strive for the least funds, the best quality, the most value.
