The design and realization of Template-based Network Course Creator

Network course building becomes an important issue of university subject construction, but complicated Web page and Web site creating technologies restrict its development. This paper proposes a framework to design and develop a Template-based Network Course Creator which can assist users to develop a network courseware and create an integral network course. It unchains the technological bondages, quickens the development of the network course, and improves the network course quality.
