Abstract :
This paper describes the calculated results of the novel asymmetrical trapezoid dipole antenna having the multi band and the band notch for the UWB and the 2 GHz LAN. And the multi band for the 2 GHz wireless LAN and the UWB having the band notch was obtained by using the slots on the each trapezoid antenna element. It was confirmed that the proposed antenna is useful to avoid the interference between the 5 GHz wireless LAN such as the IEEE802.11a and the UWB.
