Abstract :
In order to detect the moisture content of fabric quickly and accurately, an on-line measurement system based on microwave transmission principle was designed for measuring moisture content of fabric,which achieve the moisture content of the fabric on-line non-destructive testing. Focused on the measurement principle and method, using least square method fitting a straight line to obtain calibration curve. Experimental results show that the system is effective for measuring moisture content of 30% to 70% of the fabric; The measurement accuracy is higher than ± 1%.
