After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Network engineering is an important discipline in computer science and technology at undergraduates level. We mainly discuss the curricula system construction and teaching innovation problems according to the national program of special discipline construction about network engineering as the followings: curricula system innovation, Integrated experiment platform construction, excellent teaching book written and faculty training, etc. The teaching practice results show that curricula construction and innovation has not only optimized the curricula system, but also improved the educational quality about the undergraduates.
