Limitation in concept and practice hinders the development of postgraduate education in our country. It is an important issue to break up enclosed situation in postgraduate education in terms of concept and specific education practice, so as to reconstruct a postgraduate training model that adapts to development of society and our country. The paper puts forward an open training model combining postgraduate training with subjects researching and employment. That is, to choose big-scale enterprises and scientific research institutions with good conditions, enormous technological potential and research subjects as training bases for postgraduate who has just finished a year and a half´s basic theory learning. Both university and training base send a tutor to guide a postgraduate in the last part of training period, and finally work as committee in thesis defense.
