Abstract :
This paper describes measurement errors introduced by multi-flash solar simulators as used in production control of photovoltaic modules. Depending on the adjustment of the sampling interval of the data acquisition system, changes in the fill factor of the measured I-V characteristics may occur when devices with high capacitance, such as BSF-cells, are measured. The paper describes the measurement and analysis procedure and possible solutions
