Abstract :
The BESIII (Beijing Spectrometer) is a high energy physics experiment designed to exploit the full physics potential provided by the BEPCII (Beijing Electron Positron Collider). The BESIII DAQ (data acquisition) system employs advanced computer and network technologies and multi-level parallel data collecting/processing schemes. It has a capability of 50 MBytes/s for the online farm processing and 40 MBytes/s for the tape-recording after the event filter. The raw data must be analyzed farther at online for real time monitoring the detector and data taken status. The paper introduces the design and implementation of online data processing in BESIII DAQ. The type and method of data analyzing are mainly described. And the software implementation results also are presented.
