Abstract :
Function optimization is useful for us in the research and the development of genetic algorithm. By traditional methods, it will not solve the function optimization problem with satisfied solution. When turning to genetic algorithm, the solution can reach the optimum. This paper gives a brief overview of the research, development and application of genetic algorithm in the beginning. Moreover, a new method of research in genetic algorithm was presented in this paper. It mainly discussed the solution of function optimization problems using genetic algorithm based on a Human Computer Interaction platform, which improves the efficiency of the research.The simulation and analysis of the results got from this platform for solving function optimization problem showed us the good performance of genetic algorithm as well as the convenience and feasibility of the HCI platform.
