Abstract :
Summary Form only given, as follows. A new mechanism is presented for high-energy electron production by an electromagnetic (EM) wave with a static magnetic field. Typically, the magnitude of the static magnetic field is quite small compared with the amplitude of the EM wave. Single-particle analyses and a particle-in-cell computer simulation have shown that the mechanism works well for high-energy electron production.<>
