Abstract :
The paper presented a circularly polarized 2times2 rectifying antenna array for C- band wireless power transmission. A new wideband antenna is designed as the receiving element with the second order harmonic-rejection. The C-band antenna has a bandwidth of 11% (5.75-6.4 GHz). The 2times2 rectifying antenna array, built by using the wideband antennas, has a conversion efficiency of 77% while its output voltage is 4.6 V, which are better than the previous work. Due to the simple array structures, the rectenna array can be easily used to assemble a large array for higher output power.
