Abstract :
Based on the characteristics of the financial equipment manufacturing industry and the customer relationship management theory, a customer relationship management system based on the product maintainer is designed. Then the UML modeling method is adopted to design and implement a CRM system after analyzing the functions of the customer relationship management system. Focusing on the production services and the qualify tracing, the system accomplishes the main modules of customers resource management, stock management, product services and quality tracking management. Based on the technologies of XML, Web and .NET and wireless Wap, an XML-based .NET data access model is proposed to implement the information integration and data exchange between CRM system and other systems or heterogeneous databases.
