Abstract :
An artificial neural network for allocating the transmission losses to the participating players of a power market has been proposed. The neural network has been trained to reproduce the allocation according to Shapley value Game theoretic approach. IEEE 14 bus system has been considered as the test network. Transaction values have been simulated to generate the required data. Test results are promising enough to conclude that the neural network can be successfully used for transmission loss allocation problem.
