Abstract :
In this paper, many electrical characteristics of an antenna mounted on a care are calculated with a MoM simulator. The W-loop antenna is attached on a rear window. In this case, the antenna is surrounded by heater lines of a defogger. At first, electrical characteristics of the W-loop antenna are summarized. Next, electrical characteristics of the antenna mounted on a car are calculated. Here, influences of heater lines of a defogger are interested. Radiation patterns and electrical field distributions are calculated, in the case of with and without heater lines.
