Abstract :
The paper describes a new approach to provide MAM functionality via Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The solution presented uses a so-called hybrid approach to implement MAM functionality. "Hybrid" means that web-based services provide part of the functionality via the internet and the remaining part of the functionality is delivered by hardware and software that is installed at the user\´s premises.
