Abstract :
This paper describes two CMOS resistive ring mixer MMICs for GSM 900 and DCS 1800 base station applications. These mixers have the lowest measured conversion loss (5.5 dB, 5.8 dB) and highest associated input IP3 (19.4 dBm, 19.5 dBm) published to date for passive CMOS mixer MMICs in these frequency bands.
