  • Abstract
We develop an adaptive technique for resolving overlapping multipath components. The technique relies on replacing the least-squares operation needed for resolving overlapping components by a gradient-based adaptive filter with projections. The projections are designed to incorporate a-priori channel information and improve the algorithm robustness against data ill-conditioning and high noise levels, which are common in wireless location applications.
