Abstract :
Deals with the robust stabilization of linear time-delay systems with nonlinear parametric perturbations and saturating actuators. The time-delay is assumed to be a nonnegative, time-varying bounded and continuous function. By using a Razumikhin approach for the stability of functional differential equations, upper bounds on the time-delay are obtained, in terms of solutions of Lyapunov equations, such that the considered uncertain system is robustly globally or locally asymptotically stabilizable, in the case of constrained input, via memoryless state feedback control laws. Two numerical examples are given to illustrate the results
