Abstract :
A three-tier intelligent service provisioning system (TISPS) together with the definition of service classes is proposed in this paper. It integrates the ideas of ubiquitous computing, network reconfiguration and self-adaptive service provisioning. The system is composed of three tiers of control: service control, network control and end-device control. Intelligence supporting automation and autonomy is realized in all these control tiers so that varieties of service provisioning are greatly enhanced. To make it clearly, two application scenarios are given as well
