  • Abstract
In the June issue of the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Magazine, a very interesting paper devoted to different kinds of polarizations may be found [1]. The basics of linear and circular polarization have been described. The author would like to mark here the importance of polarization in absorbed electromagnetic power estimation, and a role that may be played by this factor in the accuracy of biomedical experiments that is not negotiable. This is one of the reasons why this issue should be constantly reminded and re-discussed. Also, as a comment to [1], the author would like to add that maybe it would be worth considering a concept of quasi-spherical polarization, too?
