Abstract
This paper proposes an algorithm of distributed state estimation based on an improved innovation graph method, which provides the functions of state estimation, topology and measurement errors identification. As not based on the least square theory, the proposed algorithm requires no iteration to fulfill the coordination of regional state estimations. The standard IEEE 5 and 39 bus systems are used as test systems. Test results prove that the proposed algorithm is accurate and needs minimized communication costs, which makes it suitable to the high-latency networks.
