Abstract :
In this paper, we introduce the student experiment of a dc-dc converter (chopper) circuit using light emitting diodes (LEDs) and a miniature motor. These experiments are aimed to introduce the characteristics of the diode, the motor and some control methods to the sophomore (second grade) students.
