Abstract :
This paper proposes the omni-directional antenna composed of three sectors of parallel feed patch antenna array. The design of sector antenna is based on the idea of planar ESPAR. By changing the loading resistors of the parasitic elements, the 6-dB beam width of sector antenna can be easily adjusted, and the fluctuation of the composite pattern is less than 3dB.
