Abstract :
We demonstrated that it is possible of using HF RFID equipments in harsh environments such as electrical switchboards. We master metal effects by well defining antenna position and size. Many parameters have been taken into account to obtain a solution as robust as possible. Demonstrators confirmed all these results and we are now working at optimizing the shape of the tag antenna to receive as much power as possible.
