Abstract

In this sequel, an attempt has been made to discuss various facets for the creation of complex Intelligent Information System of Tutoring and Testing (IISTT) based on fuzzy logic concepts. The system developed allows automated decision-making with reliability of around 90 percent. IISTT was initially projected for the operation in the distributed environment of Intranet at Higher education institution but the same, with some modifications, could be used in the implementation of Distance Education (DE).
