Abstract :
This work focuses on predicting the safe rank using fuzzy integration function to keep safety for drivers and vehicles during the transporting hazardous chemicals. The LNG tanks, which are the most widely used and dangerous, are firstly considered in this work. The signals consist of eight kinds of different sensors, which are the gas sensor, the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor, the pressure sensor, the liquid level sensor, the acceleration sensor, the angle sensor and the switch sensor. After all the sensors´ signals are collected, a correlation function, a threshold value and a fuzzy integration function are used to process them, then the state information, as well as the location information obtained by the Global Position System, is sent to the control center through the wireless communication network.
